Sometimes people just get stuck. And it doesn’t matter if you own a startup, run a corporate division, or have undertaken a social good mission to change the world. In those moments, an outside view and objective guidance can provide new pathways to problem solving. And sometimes you just need a kick in the pants. That’s where I come in.

My private coaching is powerful, it gets killer results, and will permanently transform the way you approach yourself and get in the way of your own success. Through private, one-on-one sessions, I collaborate with you to delve into the core of who you really are, what you want, where your natural talents lie, and how that fits in with the game plan of your business — and life.

My practice is exclusive to founders, entrepreneurs and top management, and slots are limited.

Coaching programs are all tailored specifically to each client, but use a format that has proven effective over 5 years of development and hundreds of clients, including:

  • Blue-sky exercises to delve into your natural talents
  • A toolkit to develop and leverage those talents
  • Establishment of a solid game plan with tangible measurements to create momentum and accountability
  • Training to recognize and overcome blind spots in leadership and growth as the plan is executed
Jennifer is a hydrogen bomb! The biggest obstacle to success is always ourselves, and she has a demonstrated ability to cut through your noise and get directly to the heart of the obstacle, revealing areas of ineffectiveness that you never imagined were there.

Jennifer's coaching is invaluable. She so easily creates a space where “doing it right” is insignificant and silly. It's a place of such profound self-expression. In just a few sessions with her I created (1) an opportunity for myself to teach a course about textiles and sustainable fashion at an after-school program in Harlem; and (2) an opportunity as one of ten students from my school, the Fashion Institute of Technology, to participate in an international design competition, which included an all expense-paid week to Korea, the chance to work on a team with students from different cultures and backgrounds, and simply one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life.
